Here’s a quick thing to remember when you’re a homeowner.
Be sure to place your sprinkler heads at least two feet away from your house to prevent water intrusion and mold.

Placing your sprinklers at least two feet away from your house will stop water from soaking your exterior walls, and therefore you can prevent indoor and outdoor mold.
By being mindful of the sprinkler placement, you can prevent the runoff from collecting right next to the foundation of your home, where it could saturate the soil and cause an environment to be ripe for mold and pests.
